Bali Beyond Travel Fair 2015
The Bali Beyond Travel Fair 2015 (BBTF) was held at Nusa Dua Convention Centre from June 10-14.
Adirama Beach Hotel Lovina, represented by Anik and Sri, was one of the participants as ‘seller’, together with the local government of the Buleleng regency.
We were lucky this year as we’ve got “the most favorite stand/boat during the travel fair”.
Several hotels from the Buleleng regency participated in the planning of the Travel Fair during a meeting with the PHRI ( Hotel and Restaurant associations). One of the subjects of this meeting concerned the costs for participation and accommodation in Nusa Dua for the participants during the Bali Beyond Travel Fair 2015.
Another subject concerned responsibilities for security checks for entry of the convention centre. All in all it was a very good experience during which all of us learned at lot, with perspectives of an even better organisation, communication and presentation for next years Bali Beyond Travel Fair.
During the Bali Beyond Travel Fair 2015 there was a socalled “Meet and Great” lunch with overseas and domestic ‘buyers’, travel agents who are interested in promoting and selling hotel rooms in the Buleleng Regency.
There were about 80 interested overseas travel agencies and about 35 domestic travel agents.
During the morning hours the Twin Lake Festival was visited with a lunch session at the Munduk Moding Plantations. After that the travel agents visited a hotel of their choice to get further acquainted, including dinner and accommodations for the night. In total about 30 travel agents visited the Buleleng area during this day.
There were several tour operators from the Philippines who were interested to visit Adirama Beach Hotel Lovina.
During their stay at our Hotel they enjoyed dinner, bed & breakfast and and an early morning sail out on the Bali Sea to see the sun rise, spot the dolphins that are famous for Lovina and some time for snorkeling.
Everybody had a very good time. After dinner our guests from the Philippines were offered an arak attack.
All in all good efforts have been made to promote Adirama Beach Hotel and the beautiful and traditional atmosphere of Northern Bali.
